Police Chief of the Cahokia Heights Police Department, he confirmed that the man, believed to possibly be the owner who was captured on video assaulting a Black woman at 6Stars Convenience Store on Old Missouri Avenue in #Cahokia (#MetroEast) has been arrested.
According to those witnesses, the woman paid for her food and did not steal anything.
